We went down to Fort Morgan, AL a few weeks ago for our annual beach trip with friends. Here is our view from our 2nd floor room at The Beach Club. As soon as we rolled into the parking lot, Delia said "The beach is fun!"
It was late afternoon when we arrived, but we immediately got Delia suited up to go see the beach.
She liked walking barefoot in the soft sand,
and she was even excited about the water when she first saw it.
She hesitated when she got to the wet sand...
and slowed down even more when the loud waves began coming at her,
Analyzing the situation.
Hmmmmm.
She really did not want to get in the water.
Not even one toe.
Not liking it...
Sit in the wet sand? Not this princess!
Yay! Don't we all feel better in the pool? No tickling fish, no tar balls...
Grady and Delia have been practicing with her floaties in our neighbors' pool, and Delia is finally excited about the pool - even jumping in off the side! Ready?
Jump!
Did it!
Ready to go again!

She is so freakin' cute!!!!! I love her expressions. Also, I love her hair, just like Erica's when she was little. Pigtails or pony tails! Love it!
