just happened to be next in line after several spit ups.)

Something just happened in my diaper!
Delia is 4 weeks old today. She is sleeping 3-4 hours at a time during the day, and 4-5 hours at night. For those new moms or moms-to-be who have not read the book "On Becoming Baby Wise," read it! It answered so many of our questions and helps you teach your baby to put herself to sleep. The book may have helped us, or we may just have an incredibly tired baby. Either way, it won't hurt to read it.

3-4 hours at a time during the day?!?!?!?! Wow...I'm SOOOO jealous. We read baby-wise, and Sivan averages about 30-45 minutes at a time during the day. She's getting better at night, though (around 5-6 hours). Hope all is well with you!!

i think i've read babywise twice in desperation :)
we are huge babywise advocates!!! it worked for us and still does. there is a babywise 2 for babies 5-15 months.
